Atlassian approached us to create the launch film for Club Atlas, their first-ever Presidents Club program. The film would debut live at the Atlassian Sales Conference in Chicago and needed to do more than announce a reward trip.

The insight

What stood out in the brief was the idea of invitation. Club Atlas isn’t open. It’s selective. And that exclusivity needed to be felt instantly. So the creative challenge became: How do you make people feel the fire to belong, without explaining the rules? The answer wasn’t softness. It was momentum.

The result

The film was conceived as a high-performance manifesto. Fast, rhythmic, and unapologetically charged, the film is built around:

  • The intensity of competition

  • The pride of being among the best

  • The electricity of being invited into something rare

    Designed to spark ambition, celebrate elite performance, and make one thing clear: Club Atlas is not for everyone. It’s for the best.
